      Growing airline, only one hiring at the moment. Quicker than normal upgrade to captain

      Cons

      Poorly managed, do not pay contractors on time, owes money to hotels, catering companies. Only pays for fuel, employees and landing fees on time.

      Benefits, if they do keep them as they were for TACA employees.

      Cons

      Management from HQ is terrible, there is no guideline and valuable employees are searching for other opportunities running away from a totally disorganized company. This has been getting worse since Bogota took all power on decision making.
