      This company is confused

      Pros

      Good enterprise space, full flexible work time. Lots of possibilities to grow.

      Cons

      Run by accountants in very short cycles (quarters). One cycle is bad, they do cuts, and it is big unknown for workforce and their products. Next cycle might be good, there might not be a workforce to work on support and development. Company knows how to buy or take over other companies, but does not really know what to do with the products they got.
