      Pros

      First of all the work culture of Avaya is awesome. You get to have good interaction with your serious anytime, ppl are helpful specially from the North America.

      Cons

      The carrier growth is slow here, you get very rare chances to get promoted frequently, and the job insecurity is also a point.
