      Poor management and no direction

      Pros

      Lots of great employees and a good work life balance when they offered remote hybrid environment.

      Cons

      Constantly changing business rules and partnerships. A carousel of managers coming in and out, giving different opinions and ideas. Still dependent on 20+ year old technology for revenue.

      Micro managers ruin the work

      Pros

      Galway site has some great people and lots of benefits. Good salary.

      Cons

      Projects are managed remotely by directors who micro manage everything. Engineers spend more time in Jira then coding and have to walk higher ups through code reviews weekly before moving forward with the project. No advancement offered due to falling market share.
