Pros
The people that I worked with were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and willing to share and help out however they could. Always trying to do what's best for their customers.
Cons
For the past 25 years or so...Avaya has been downsizing almost every quarter based on how the numbers looked. Nobody could ever say who would be next to be let go. There didn't seem to be any logic to the layoffs. Top performers were frequently let go. Very un-motivating to those who remained. Always wondering if you would be next. The severance package is a joke. Six weeks pay for anyone with more than 5 years of service. Avaya doesn't value the people that they have in technical roles. If you are looking for a long term job...Avaya is not the place to be.
