Least bothered about their employee Alot of work presure & zero work life balance the team expect us to be available 24*7 even on weekends. Alot of politics & game play internally

* Highly proficient coworkers * Manageable Work-Life balance

Cons

* Company in perpetual financial instability. * Prehistoric hardware for daily tasks in contrast to competitors. * Transparency issues from company leadership downwards. * Minimal investment in employee development. * Ongoing absence of employee bonuses, despite the CEO receiving millions in bonuses alone, while the company's performance deteriorates.

Pros

Some great people at the company who like to get stuff done.

Cons

Company is not in a good place. All the layoffs over the last year alongside many leaving without getting replaced has had a very negative impact on others and there is nothing been done to retain the talent within Avaya. Compensation below the market rate and can be very difficult to progress your career. Positive sound bites from the CEO don't cut it. Wouldn't recommend.
