      Pros

      wide range of interesting products to work on, mostly dedicated and good people to work with, above average compensation and benefits typically found at a corporation of Avaya's size.

      Cons

      senior management's ability to chart a growth path, lack of prioritization and focus, reducing revenue streams resulting in regular downsizing. A tough place to advance your career given the turmoil.

      Pros

      GMDP UCBerkeley conference was very useful. They send all new-hires for this 3 day conference. They do stick to run along with the other competitors.

      Cons

      Low pay per market standard. No share/stock. Insurance was high. They did not provide any free refreshments, even coffee, for sake. Low end work laptops. They employed 90's workstation.
