Very talented and hardworking people.

Cons

No work/life balance. As the company has been constantly downsizing, remaining employees take on more and more work. The pace was absolutely exhausting because there were no "down" cycles. It's why I left.

Good base of legacy products and services, good reputation for strong products

Cons

The executive management is weak and has been since going private. Not sure who the CEO has maintained his role - he has no people skills. Corporate strategy for a decade has been "pray for a buyer."
