It could be worse, you could be in a concentration camp.
Cons
Three years rnaked by Avaya as a top performer, never one bonus. Avaya always has reasons for not paying bonuses. In two years, with forced unpaid furlough of two weeks, I didn't even earn my base salary. The HR department was outsourced to India, so having anything done as an employee is impossible. Highly political organization with little room for advancement due to constant layoffs.
