      Pros

      Flexibility to work from home, decent computer equipment and good ticket support system to obtain ID's and passwords for various systems and platforms.

      Cons

      Salary good, but not great. Operational costs and economic fluctuations cause certain project areas to shut down and and relocate to more accessible and convenient locations for the company.

      There are opportunities to learn and grow your career. Work-life balance works very well, especially with the ability to work remotely. Salaries are average.

      Cons

      Benefits keep going down, salary review process in an inflationary context does not work well. Too bureaucratic in many aspects. Lack of active HR policies.
