      Pros

      Access to training, can have flexable work hours at times, good benefits, excellent team work ethics and several dynamic employees that pull together to make the impossible - possible.

      Cons

      Large company politics, mis communication working with some departments that causes loss in sales and more work hours for employees. Quality work/life balance can be challenging at times.

      The employees at Avaya are some of the greatest around, very helpful and always willing to step up and help.

      Cons

      Company is going through some financial issues but I feel we will come out of it soon and keep moving forward.
