(see item directly above) - Too many over paid consultants in it for the short term - Complex processes for vendors/customers - Left hand rarely knows what right hand is doing - Being managed for the most part by accountants and machiavellian snakes. No soul - New direction every few months, depending on whatever buzz concept is in vogue - No youthful energy - Why execute on project well when you can attempt to execute 10 projects poorly!

* Compensation is very low if not working in the US * Work / life level balance is non existent. * Job overload, employees get tired but they just don't leave because there are not many options in latin america.
