Pros

Good Pay Talented people to work with Decent Benefits Not all management is jaded yet or chasing a BUCK. Great products if they were marketed properly.

Cons

Off-shoring of any job, not considering "Language barrier" Anything for a BUCK management attitude no balance between home & work... Was told only after 62 hrs/week, would be compensated. No memory of what staff has done in the past only "What can you do for me right NOW"

Pros

Pay and the opportunity to work VO.

Cons

Consistant layoffs to achieve numbers. Too concerned about what Cisco is doing to be innovative. Sending too many jobs overseas where there is no history of product knowledge to build on. More concerned with the numbers instead of customer or employee satisfaction. Upper management does not communicate well. Every quarter sees a new direction.

limited growth and advancement opportunities departments segmented but getting a bit better atmosphere is not creative and upbeat review process leaves a lot be desired; favoritism
