Avaya's largest mistake is not sharing information. There were so many managers that were laid off. Unfortunately, they were not given the time to pass on desperately needed information. Advancement is hard unless your are totally useless and have no brains.

Your co-worker are a beaten down, cynical lot that will rat you out in the blink of an eye.
