Good People, Good Pay and Benefits, Interesting Projects overall Avaya has a lot going for it. Perhaps a bit too focused on pleasing upper management

Cons

Too focused on legacy and voice, not focused enough on software and delivering value through value added consulting. Services organization and product organization at odds over value delivery

Use to be good 8 years ago, now it's just save $$$$$ and nothing for the employee's, even more so in the service group

No pay rise in years, time of without pay, no worthwhile training
