      Hoping that you are next on FMP list so that you are forced to find a different career You get direct exposure on how not to lead

      Cons

      Poor, poor, poor leadership Unvalued employees that are expected to work 24X7 It's all about the dollar for leadership with no thought to customer or employee impact Performance Management process is a joke No employee development (costs too much)

      Pros

      Great people, many whom have been around for a long time Interesting work Rewarding when you see your impact on the business

      Cons

      Used to be able to telecommute full time using our tools and showcasing our products, but now HR wants people in to increase "collaboration"; we should be using what we sell to better market it No bonuses this year except spot bonuses No salary or Cost of Living increases again yet the cost of living keeps going up unbearably

      Good Pay Talented people to work with Decent Benefits Not all management is jaded yet or chasing a BUCK. Great products if they were marketed properly.

      Cons

      Off-shoring of any job, not considering "Language barrier" Anything for a BUCK management attitude no balance between home & work... Was told only after 62 hrs/week, would be compensated. No memory of what staff has done in the past only "What can you do for me right NOW"
