      Pros

      At least its a job and paycheck.

      Cons

      Company is in a fast downward spiral. Nortel acquisition is a disaster. They are reinstating a 401k mach after 1 year of no match only to add in 2 weeks of mandatory furlough and 15% workforce reduction because revenue is down and no one wants to buy products.

      salary and working VO is about it.

      Cons

      no leadership. constant downsizing and out sourcing. management scared to make any decisions/changes. low morale. good 'ol boy system.....good people let go to hire their buddies and family members.

      excellent paymaster, infact the best Global leaders have great vision decent peer level work culture clean and clear dealings salary negotiations are easy

      depressing atmosphere w r t to local leaders some managers and sr. mgrs are bad mouthed false sense of performance evaluation local leaders lack vision
