It is primarily a virtual working environment with flex hours. The people are great all committed to doing the best they can.

Cons

It is primarily a virtual working environment with flex hours but there is too much work so you work too many hours a day. Very difficult to balance work & family life. Most of the work is moving to low cost off shore environments such as Argentina and India.

Great Benefits, great people, good direct manager .

Cons

The main downside to this company is the continual downsizing of the workforce. Most employees are always looking over their shoulders to see who will be let go next. All of the poor performers have been let go a long time ago, now it's all a matter of the bottom line.
