- Pay is generally fair - Easy to hide if you are not competent - don't worry, you will not be identified, there is no accountability

Cons

- demotivating feeling through out the company, like one is on a ship without a captain and headed for an iceberg - across the board, no desire or ability to innovate - most of the really smart people have left
