      Pros

      Flexibility in choice of working from home due to workload commitments such as working across time zones. Strong emphasis on the focus on the Customer.

      Cons

      Expect long work hours. Fellow co-workers are well, fellow co-workers. Not the best work environment to establish real bond and ties outside work.

      Good culture Class Employee has a lot of respect Great work environment

      Employees compensation gets stagnant Nothing is done for employee retention all the good brain drains out soon Management needs to rethink on positioning people Has a good intellectual property which is not being used to its full potential

      Pros

      No micromanagement.. which I would say is sugarcoating the fact that the senior management is not hands on in all the aspects of the business.

      Cons

      A Nice place to relax without any focus on innovation and how to make things better. There might be innovation happening in R&D. But nobody likes questioning status quo. No employee is clear what the long term future for Avaya is give that its owned by PE firms, and what they are doing with businesses in the communication industry.
