Pros

- Opportunities to work from home. - 360 degree feedback system in place. - Great emphasis on Ethics and Compliance. - True customer focus. - Lot of buzz and extra curricular activities, respect for employees unless you really have a horrible manager.

Cons

- Relationships and perceptions matter, performance doesn't. - Management quite heavy than what is needed. - Salary does not increase much once your hired, unless you have a god-father. - Lobbies are very strong, nobody cares whether your in or out if your not a part of the lobby. - Lot of talk, but nobody walks the walk. - When you work for Avaya, you feel like a frog in the well...who can't see much sunlight outside of the well.
