      Great self-developed tools for team communication .It facilitates the work between teams located in different states or countries.Makes the home office easy going.

      Cons

      A company with an old vision.It was difficult to implement new ideas , lack of adaptability for new process.

      good frecuency salary review twice per year, good culture

      low budget for salary review, madatory set someone to under expectation (not fair), low bonus tipically depending ot thirds.
