Flexible timings Great colleagues to work with You can stay in company without working at all literally for 2 years

work is truely outdated in most of the teams. technology is very old Promotion based on favouritism and luck based on vacant position on top, and not based on qualifications Since there is no budget for appraisal, under qualified tries giving arbit reasons to prove why salary hike is not applicable Avaya acquired Nortal on papers, but avaya is actually driven by nortal now. Cost cutting: News paper at reception of the office was discontinued due to cost cutting Plants at the gate were removed due to cost cutting Quality of everything, including office infra, was decreased for anything new coming into office Nobody wants to refer anyone there

Nice work and life balance can be achieved. If you get good project then career path gets better.

With current market conditions sales is on a downstream side impacting some other factors within company.
