Pros

Good work life balance, Salary better than average in the market.

Cons

Management is full of old people who are with the company since last 10-15 years & they don't know how to judge people based on the performance. Every manager has their favorite list & they try to pamper them & target rest. These people should be first either trained for people management or should be removed from the company so that Avaya can become better work place. Anyone who joins the company fresh, gets good hike & from next year onwards, the hikes are very minimal, may 6-7% on average for the year.

Pros

Company has good management and is employee friendly. There is enough importance given to the personal life of employees. Growth of the company in India location is good. You also get good salary compared to other companies in this domain.

Cons

There is very little importance given to roadmap and there are some uncertainties considering the product lines, where some products are scrapped altogether at any time. Since last few days , company in India is slowly turning into off-shore service provider mode rather than a product company. Hope to see this does not continue and people are given enough support to innovate and act, rather than worry about cost at times.
