Avature is a great company. The organization is very dynamic, and the culture is flexible. It is easy to find a good life-work balance. I worked in the engineering team, you can see very quickly how your effort is on production, and you don't have to worry too much about the bureaucratic processes. It is a very agile organization. You don't have to do the same thing for a long time if you don't want it, there are multiple chances to do internal mobility. There is a global atmosphere with people from multiple countries. I really enjoyed working with this team, I fully recommend this company.
