      Pros

      Amazingly open culture where they value the employees input. Lots of growth opportunity and market expansion. It's a collaborative environment and the R&D team is always looking to push the envelope when it comes to technology.

      Cons

      Marketing is still making efforts for better brand name recognition but we're getting there!

New ventures rising in the horizon, constantly trainings and webinars that help you perform a more accurate work and a better way to use your working time. encourage of thinking outside the box, bringing new ideas to the company and great feedback on the job done. Top talent people from the market, that are glad to give you a hand when needed

      - Fantastic product - Great people from diverse backgrounds - Prestigious clients - Exposure to global business practises - Excellent networking prospects

      Cons

      - Can still feel like a start-up at times - No benefits so you need to negotiate a good base salary - Opaque salary structure - Flat team structure so little prospect or opportunity to climb the ladder - Office facilities

      Thanks for the feedback and all the positive comments! For the most part, we think that “feeling like a start-up at times” is a feature, not a bug. We understand where you’re coming from, but we do want to maintain a “small company” feel internally. Hopefully, as we continue to grow, we can take everything good about becoming a larger company without losing that. We have taken, and continue to take, great strides in the direction of making mobility –and, with that, knowing where you stand in the company- a clearer process. We hope that since the time of this posting, you have found that we’ve improved in this area.
