We’re sorry to hear your experience with us did not end up as planned. We want our leaders to provide context and to always be there to support, guide, and accompany Avaturians through their whole Avature experience — which includes helping them manage their workload, among other things. We’ll make sure to take your comments into account to keep making the best of our workplace.
Now, regarding our salaries, we do comprehensive performance reviews and address each case specifically, as Avaturians’ salaries evolve with their career path, and we’re always reviewing the benefits we give them to provide them with the best we can.
