- Great working environment. Cooperative, not competitive - Interesting professional challenges. - The company is open to suggestions to improve. - Working from home at least once a week, 15 labour days as vacations, working from a house paid in the beach one week.

Cons

- Salaries keep track of inflation (or more) but you need to fight for keep it market competitive (this is for Argentina)

Work environment, professional challenges, opportunities to grow, independent work (minimal supervision/micromanaging), flexibility. Awesome product!

Cons

The company grew fast, faster than it´s processes. That means you sometimes need to be a good troubleshooter or investigator to get to the answers.
