Pros

Good flexibility and home working allowed whenever you want. 3-week paid vacations. Free coffee (when the machine works) Extreme air conditioning (-20° during summer) ...

Cons

Forget about learning useful stuff. As a developer, you will be stuck forever maintaining legacy code and using a private Javascript and PHP framework.

Pros

Everybody is happy and satisfied, coworkers are friends. Flexible hours and endless possibilities of internal mobility. They understand that happy employees work their best to get outstanding results.

Cons

I really think there are no cons of working at Avature. The best work-life balance is different for each of us because we all have different priorities and different lives, but it's totally possible to find the balance that suits you the best.
