Managers sucks

Pros

1. AWS Trainings 2. Tie up with Orielly

Cons

1. Managers make sure none of his team member is successful making an internal move. Only those who has been in org for long can do it. Once you internal move attempt fails, is the time manager starts retaliation eventually using PIP. PIP is misused and unjustified 2. Managers are busy in developing personal visibility barely of any use to the team. Pure productivity killers. 3. Dont join if you see PSET in the requirement. PDMS (the product division) is better. 4. It use to be a good place but company missing on its core values with bulk hiring and inexperienced, immature managers getting hired.

Pros

- Great people - Work remotely -work from home is very acceptable and supported by the company.

Cons

Autodesk UK's salary and benefits are much lower than in other countries. - Additional costs to cover family members in the health insurance. - No paternity paid leave - Paid maternity leave is available only after one year of employment, and it's very basic compared to other tech companies. - No fertility treatments cover for UK employees (but it's available in other countries)

Pros

• Cool tech and good products • Very smart people • The company as a whole seems pretty decent • Decent pay

Cons

Frankly, my org seemed to be slowly withering on the vine. Too many poor decisions by leadership, which had resulted in too few people stretched over too many products. We actually made the industry standard software, but constantly had to do so with little to no investment. It was very sad, and very stressful.
