Pros

Extremely intelligent, talented employees that are helpful to each other and work hard. Decent life/work balance (unless your team is geographically dispersed), nice office environment, flex time.

Cons

Extremely political. Vindictive and petty game-playing at the middle-management level. No room for advancement unless you participate in aforementioned game-playing. Constant company re-organizations. Lack of transparency about high-level decisions.

Pros

Money and benefits ... and that's all. There really is nothing else redeeming at this time.

Cons

Lack of creativity, myopic vision, empire building middle management with bizarre personal agendas, destruction of important creative brands through attrition and total bottom-line decision making.
