Good people and good working conditions (except for a move to horrible open-plan offices - seriously, does anyone think that's a good idea?).

Cons

I have worked there twice, and been laid off twice. It doesn't matter how good you are or how hard you work, Autodesk periodically lays off whole departments. So if you happen to work for the wrong manager, goodbye. If you work there, just be aware that your job could suddenly end tomorrow.

Weak management, a lot of restructuring, too many project managers, no one that actually DOES any work, everything is outsourced to either agencies or contractors.

I was employed for many years. It's a great company to work for...smart, dedicated people and fantastic products.

Cons

I find the executive leadership team weak and question how they reward employees. Not impressed with the level of thought leadership.
