Business Outlook
Pros
Good people and organization. Having worked for several years there, I can attest to a culture that supports and promotes new ideas and innovation. The company has gone way beyond it's origins being focused on a single product line. So there was a good diverse, multi-channel, multi-product strategy in place that affords employees a decent mix of interesting business problems to address on an international scale.
Cons
There weren't many in my experience. Sometimes there was too much emphasis on gaining group consensus which manifested in lots of meetings.
