Pay, perks, office, opportunities, time off. Some really great people work here.

Cons

Management, leadership, can be chaotic, and disorganized. Lots of responsibility being given to poor decision makers. One of the problems with Autodesk, is they're quick to hire, and SLOW to fire. So if you have a manager, colleague, or team that's making your life difficult, don't expect it to change over time. You have to move about the company to improve your situation.
