Pros

People are great however since the company goes through a ton of reorganizations it can get frustrating having your manager change so often. Good benefits Time away from work is easy to schedule

Cons

Management can sometimes hide information The org chart is ridiculous, I've never worked for a company I feel like I'm a peon just because of the org chart.

Fair enough bonus scheme, they pay for health insurance.

Cons

What I've read about ADSK San Rafael is that its a dynamic, young hip work place. Well I work in the Australia region and the mood is quite different. Its rather laid back, and lacklustre at times.
