Pros

They are also the leader in the CAD across the housing, automobile and entertainment industries. The employee benefits, equipment and office space are one of the best I have seen so far.

Cons

The number layers from regular employees to the top is quite significant. Simple tasks can take a very long time to complete because of outsourcing.

Pros

The company has a huge customer base. The DWG file format still dominant some major industries as the de facto CAD standard.

Cons

During my years working there, the company doubled in number employees. Efficiencies have been going down. Bureaucratic are going up.

Great benefits, no career path

Pros

Not a very rigorous place to work, 9-5 is encouraged. You can't ask for better benefits. You can be proud of the name of the company.

Cons

It takes forever to get anything done. Too many people need to approve the smallest details, people think it's the end of the world if something isn't exactly as they'd like. Zero career growth despite continuously perfect performance reviews.
