      Good place, nice people, poor salary increment.

      Pros

      We are developing really amazing products. Can deal with work life balance easily.

      Cons

      Too many changes these years. Some of them are doubted to be unnecessary. The salary increment in these years are too far to be satisfying. The facility team almost NEVER listen to the opinions from employees. Maybe that's because of the global-pay manager don't know the feelings of those local-pay employees.
