Pros

Just like at any other large company, if you have a great boss and a great team then you are set. They pay average. There are many smart people here who will challenge you. You will have the opportunity to work with a global team.

Cons

If you aren't then you should heed warning. If your VP is in another city then insist on visiting often- you can be out of sight/ out of mind. PMMs are often overloaded. There is no feature overlap/ portfolio rationalization. If we see Adobe being successful at suites then we have a mandate to immediately start selling suite. It feels like a stale software company. IMHO the company is way too polite- colleagues don't challenge one another enough.
