      Incredibly smart and driven team that strives for quality

      Pros

      Very smart engineering team that strives for high quality code and product dev, including attention to detail, clean well-architected code, and taking the time to do it right, instead of rushing something out the door. Both the head of engineering and lead architect are always willing to listen to feedback and take other peoples ideas into consideration. Free drinks and snacks.

      Cons

      Demanding work environment that may not fit the typical 9-5 lifestyle. Low tolerance for imperfection or sloppy coding. Very little in the way of fun company activities.

      Pros

      Good Benefit Package, casual , chance to learn about culture in an international company creating a very interesting work environment. Products are great and respected by many customers.

      Cons

      Middle Management are awful unprepared and unfair. No leadership at all from these people. Need more trained managers and better HR team.
