Good software products which help improve the world we live in. Smart people. A caring attitude throught out including senior management. Genuine people who want to do a good job and treat others well along the way. Global, diverse, forward thinking.

Cons

Processes and systems need to be evaluated in many areas. Often too complex for a modern company. Need to hire more people just out of college to bring the energy up.
