      Pros

      Interesting technologies and some talented people in Singapore office. Autodesk still has good technological strengths and products.

      Cons

      The Singapore office due to the lack of diversity has a very sub-continent workplace culture; putting up a good show and being able to talk is more important than real work. Difficult for advancement.
