Pros

Great lifestyle company; ability to work from home is widely accepted and there is no facetime. Sabbatical program is highly touted and encourages employees to stay for long periods of time -- 6 wks off every 4 years.

Cons

PTO policy is stingy. When I was there you got 10 days PTO per year. There are forced shutdown weeks to save costs, and you must use your PTO balance for those forced shutdown days/weeks and/or go without pay.

Pros

Leading technology company enabling amazing creations from our users. Lot's of opportunities for upward growth and promotion. Fairly flat organizational structure. Open communication from leadership down to the individual contributor. World class engineers and designers solving tough problems.

Cons

Sometimes a bit too political...huge organization with shifting strategies ... Work life balance is okay but could be better.

Pros

Smart people, good benefits. Solid innovation culture.

Cons

Low salaries. Ancient system of advancement (be here long enough), pockets of massive waste (e.g.ineffective and bloated marketing team, redundant development projects). No apparent M&A strategy.
