Pros
Nice headquarters. Largely cool people but you run across quite a few "it's not my job" type of people even though it is their job for some basic things I needed from them.
Cons
There is a severe lack of process there. For every little thing you do, you have to reinvent the wheel every single time. Meetings, meetings and more meetings. This can't totally be avoided because of the geographically dispersed offices, but half the meetings can easily be cut out.
