Great benefits Opportunity to strengthen skill set Global company with a good mission

Cons

Disorganized management No "one source of truth" for reporting VERY Siloed company which makes getting anything done 10x harder. No virtual work culture, no effort to improve work culture. Company is trying to keep employees going into office, which the offices are super amazing but you have to pay $100+ for parking in an unsafe neighborhood (at least for Portland). Impossible to get into other roles, very difficult to progress. Managers are created out of convivence, not talent or leadership abilities. If someone has been there a long time, that makes them a candidate for leadership.

Company t-shirts/product merchandise; a trip to US /Europe every year for a global meet.

Cons

Work Culture in India offices varies from one team to another; Leadership doesn't have a long-term strategic vision on how to differentiate or Win; more worried about subscriptions/renewals of company software every quarter than retaining talent. Tries to copy Microsoft strategy globally- hires ex-Microsoft employees who only know to say YES to every jingle of leaders. People are stuck at the same level for decades doing the same job like as robot. No scope for career growth or advancement.

They need to do a better job with the managers they hire. Managers are supposed to lead and not dictate/ micro manage.
