Pros

Smart People Creative and Passionate People We really can change the world Well intentioned great benefits trusting environment strong relationships between peers and managers A lot of potential if we can get ourselves out of the way

Cons

SVPs are TOO competitive with eachother slows everything down we have too many redundancies in the product teams.....each SVP wants their own. no sharing or people, ideas, etc. CEO staff doesnt wear the company hat Very political....need to be a friend of the CEO Slow moving and too much process Support functions drive the org (tax, legal, etc) We are told to move fast - toward what? we can move fast but if we dont get rid of our big company processes nothing will change and AD will be left behind. People have personal agendas.
