Heavily weighted workforce toward tenured employees. Little, if any onboard training Scatterbrained management Project management is non-existant

My team is top notch, fun, experimental and personable. I've never had such a warm welcome when starting a new job. The company vision and direction are inspiring. I'm a happy employee!

Cons

Can be difficult to access the top level needs of the business, but this may come with time. The very flexible work culture can make access to key individuals difficult at times.

Great people building innovative software. Excellent work life balance. Awesome Gallery to showcase companies using our software. New branding really helped to show our contribution to the 3D space.

Cons

Not as design centric and progressive as they could be but they are on their way...need more communication from the top down on a solid direction.
