Great products. Customers love the products. Lots of autonomy to take initiative for results. Constantly innovating to lead the industry.

Cons

Management is spotty. Some very good managers, and some loose canons. Lots of focus on activities rather than results. There is usually a reorg every year, or even more frequently, so the job you hire into will not be the job you will be doing a year from now.
