      Reasonable pay. Decent offices. Interesting work. Coworkers can be nice, although overall culture is toxic.

      Cons

      Very cut-throat in some areas, depending on leader. Excessive job-changing enables ladder-climbing, based on politics, without accountability for results from previous role. Overall, classic corporate environment. Prepare to navigate the sharks.

      Great development opportunities if supported by your manager

      Cons

      Lately employees have been fired for not returning to the office despite delivering all their deliverables and being highly committed and dedicated. How can it be that it’s more important where you are (i.e in an office) than what you do. We work globally and most teams are not in the same location so why the push for being in the office.
