Pros
The clients are great people living with disabilities. Improving the quality of life for the clients is very rewarding. Great benefits and generous time off.
Cons
Low pay, even with experience and a degree. Many coworkers do the absolute minimum forcing quality employees to do more or see the clients suffer. No repercussions for employees who slack off, do not complete work on time, or lie on paperwork and billing. Very high turnover for quality employees. Many get their six months of experience and flee.
