Experience in the mental health field, good for your resume and decent benefits, you will be never, ever be bored!

Cons

Poor upper management, inconsistency, frequent but poor training, high billing requirements, no opportunity for overtime, wear and tear on your personal vehicle, disregard for staff safety, overall confusion in agency guidelines

Awesome coworkers willing to help each other and clinical advice. Job flexibility in some positions, able to work from home.

Cons

Low pay for job requirements. Too high case loads, billing goal is too high for some positions, lack of communication between various upper management staff. Little upward mobility.
